Following the early morning Oct. 23rd arrest of Page County, VA Sheriff Daniel W. Presgraves on 22 counts that could yield up to 304 years in prison and up to $2 million in fines if convicted, one might assume that the department the popular 46 year-old Sheriff has led since 2000 might be in disarray.
But that is not the case according to the man tasked with running the sheriff’s office while Presgraves is prohibited from doing so by a no-nonsense federal judge in Charlottesville.
